We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for large pieces and we ship any size anywhere within the US. We usually ship UPS however we may ship with any courier you prefer. We will include a UPS reciept with your shipment

We offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for large pieces. Shipping cost on average is $10-$60 for eagles under 3 feet, and $80 and up for eagles 4ft-5ft. Prices vary by weight of eagle. We will include a UPS reciept with your shipment. You only pay for the cost of shipping. We do not charge for packaging or handling fees.
We do the best we can to package the products for transfer. However we understand accidents may happen. Therefore we do insure the product for the cost of the product for shipping. If you recieve your product and it has been damaged or broken please contact us and we will contact the shipping company as to what needs to be done next. Don't worry we will replace your product.

Acacia is a dense, naturally resinous hardwood which (by it's nature) resists penetration by water and will not stain.
If kept inside no care should be needed. For spot cleaning you may wash with warm soapy water and air dry
Yes, however if you keep them outside you may want to use a polycoat once every 1-2 years.
Yes it is possible, however due to the dry time of the wood and shipping costs from the philippines it may take months to recieve your custom carving. Also not all designs are possible so you would need to contact us to discuss the cost and availablity.
It Varies depending on the carver and the size of the carving usually about 2 weeks - 3 months to allow the wood enough time to dry.
